Nohemy Ramirez serves as the Regional Program Director at 417 Recovery, bringing extensive expertise in child development, adolescent growth, and substance use treatment. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, with a lifelong dedication to supporting children, teens, and families. Throughout her career, Nohemy has been committed to creating positive change in the lives of young people by providing compassionate leadership, guidance, and support. She is passionate about fostering a safe, structured, and engaging environment where adolescents can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve lasting recovery. Through meaningful one-on-one connections, family support, and innovative programming, Nohemy helps teens and their families navigate the challenges of addiction and mental health. Honor Moore is the Director of Outreach at 417 Recovery. Having faced her own challenges as a teenager with mental health and substance abuse, she is now in recovery and passionate about helping others find the support they need. Currently attending College of the Desert to become a substance abuse counselor, Honor is dedicated to guiding individuals and families on their healing journey.
In her role, Honor is responsible for securing relationships and partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. She leads efforts in community outreach, ensuring that 417 Recovery's services reach those who need them most, while fostering strong connections that contribute to lasting impact.

Bridget White is a lifelong North County resident with over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. After many years in the corporate sector, she is excited to use her skill set to support the 417 Recovery team and help teens and families in her community.

Following her service, Amanda spent five years as a kindergarten teacher, developing a strong passion for supporting children and families. Now based in Palm Springs, Amanda is pursuing her Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certificate while working closely with adolescents. She facilitates art therapy groups, conducts drug testing, and helps ensure the safety and well-being of clients throughout their treatment journey. Combining her expertise in communication with her commitment to counseling, Amanda is passionate about helping teens and their families navigate addiction and mental health challenges with compassion, understanding, and support.

With three years of experience in the mental health field, Brianna has worked with diverse populations.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring personalized and effective care for each client. She is also certified in Seeking Safety, an evidence-based practice focused on trauma and substance abuse recovery.

Bonnie Garcia, with 27 years of combined experience in mental health and addiction treatment, including over 15 years working with adolescents. She is known for building authentic, trusting relationships and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and make meaningful change. Bonnie has extensive experience working with at-risk youth, including those involved in the child welfare and group home systems and youth impacted by trauma and exploitation. In her leadership role, she provides clinical guidance and mentorship to the treatment team, emphasizing ethical, individualized, and collaborative care. Known for bringing warmth, humor, and a healthy competitive spirit into her work, Bonnie believes connection and growth go hand in hand. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys sports, fitness, cooking and baking, spending time with family, and being in nature—passions that keep her grounded and inform the compassionate, engaged way she shows up for clients and her team.

I currently work at 417 Recovery, where I support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Perfecto brings more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, serving individuals and families through a variety of behavioral health and community-based programs. Throughout his career, he has worked in Level 12 residential care facilities, led teams of mental health professionals, and participated in homeless outreach efforts across Los Angeles County communities. His extensive background in behavioral health, residential treatment, and community support has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face on their path to recovery. Perfecto is passionate about helping others achieve meaningful and lasting change by providing compassionate guidance, support, and encouragement to adolescents and their families.
His leadership, experience, and commitment to mental health make him a valuable resource for clients as they work toward personal growth, healing, and long-term recovery. Outside of work, Perfecto enjoys long walks in the mountains, strength training, and spending quality time with his family.
