Through our holistic and family-centered approach, we are determined to help your family navigate the challenges of adolescence and addiction.
At 417 Recovery, we offer comprehensive, clinically-based treatment specifically designed for adolescents and their families. We offer a range of services including individual, family, and group therapy, medication management, and drug testing tailored specifically for adolescents aged 12-17.
Our services cater to those struggling with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and various mental health challenges. We are committed to guiding teens and their families toward brighter, healthier futures.
Our Process
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) enables adolescents to
maintain their daily routines, including school and work, while
receiving essential
treatment.
Clients typically attend the program three to four days per week, for 3 hours a day, with the frequency determined by medical necessity. We prioritize true individualized care, crafting personalized treatment plans that specifically address each client’s unique needs and challenges. The program operates Monday through Friday, with sessions held after school hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, allowing teens to attend during a 3-hour time slot that fits their schedule.

Our services
What sets us apart is our commitment to holistic and individualized care.
We understand the unique challenges that young individuals face during this critical stage of development, and we are committed to addressing their specific needs through tailored, evidence-based programs. Our services are designed to not only treat the symptoms but also to address the underlying causes of addiction, mental health issues, and behavioral challenges, ensuring long-term recovery and personal growth. Our key differentiators are:
Clinical Services:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows adolescents to receive treatment while continuing to live at home and engage in their daily activities, including school. Our after-school sessions typically run three days a week, offering a structured and supportive environment. Our IOP is designed to address the specific developmental and psychological needs of adolescents, ensuring that treatment is tailored to each individual. Services include individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy, life skills groups, peer group processing, and medication management through weekly sessions with a psychiatrist.
Medication Management:
We provide weekly medication management to ensure personalized and effective treatment plans for our clients. Additionally, we offer GeneSight testing, which customizes medications based on genetic insights to enhance and optimize individual care.
Drug Testing
At 417 Recovery, we provide reliable and affordable drug testing services for various needs, whether it’s for personal reasons, employment, or certification purposes. Our drug testing process is simple, quick, and efficient, ensuring accurate results that you can trust. Schedule an appointment with us today to get it taken care of easily and discreetly.
Life Skills Group & Peer Group Processing:
In addition to traditional therapy, 417 Recovery emphasizes the development of essential life skills through specialized group sessions. Our life skills groups focus on teaching adolescents practical tools for managing daily challenges, building self-esteem, and fostering independence. Additionally, group processing with peers provides a safe space for clients to share experiences, gain insights from others in similar situations, and build a strong support network. These sessions play a crucial role in helping our clients develop resilience and social competence.
Alumni Services
We deeply value our alumni and believe in ongoing support even after the formal treatment has ended. That’s why we encourage our alumni to stay connected with us through follow-up sessions and regular check-ins. Whether you need a boost to stay on track or just want to share your progress, 417 Recovery is here to help you maintain the life you’ve worked so hard to build. Our alumni services are designed to keep you connected, supported, and empowered on your journey to lasting recovery.
Our programs
We are committed to mending the disconnect and bringing love back to teens and families, guiding them towards brighter, healthier futures.
Family Program:
Mental health challenges impact the entire family, and research consistently shows that the best treatment outcomes are achieved when families are actively involved in the therapeutic process. At 417 Recovery, we recognize the importance of the family’s role in recovery. Our focus on family participation is a key factor in the success our clients experience, as it fosters a deeper understanding and collective healing within the family unit.
Multi-Family Group:
Held on a weekly basis and facilitated by one of our experienced family counselors or therapists, the Multi-Family Group offers a supportive environment where both clients and their family members can come together. This group focuses on common family challenges such as improving communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining healthy boundaries. It also provides a unique opportunity for families to share their experiences and receive feedback from others who are facing similar difficulties.
Medication Management:
The Medication Management group is designed to address common issues that parents encounter when navigating family dynamics during treatment. The aim is to equip parents with practical tools and techniques to manage their family's challenges effectively, fostering a healthier and more supportive home environment.
Individual Family Therapy:
Each family at 417 Recovery is paired with a dedicated family counselor or therapist for weekly sessions. This individualized approach ensures that your family's specific needs are met, providing the focused attention and resources necessary for lasting positive change.
Group Counseling:
Group therapy at 417 Recovery offers unique benefits that complement individual therapy. It serves as a supportive network where clients can work through their issues with the help of peers in similar situations. We offer a wide range of group therapy options, including gender-specific groups, process groups, psychoeducation, coping skills training, behavioral therapy, anger management, and more. These groups are designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, providing a comprehensive approach to their care.
One-on-One Therapy:
At 417 Recovery, clients receive one-on-one therapy sessions at least once a week, with each session lasting a full hour. These sessions are conducted by therapists who hold master's level degrees, with credentials verified by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Our highly trained clinicians utilize a comprehensive range of treatment modalities to address both mental health and behavioral challenges. With individualized treatment plans and a holistic approach, we focus on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients, while also supporting their academic and future aspirations.
Alumni Program:
Graduates of our program are invited to join our free Alumni Program, which offers continued support through weekly alumni group meetings. This program allows alumni to stay connected with 417 Recovery staff and maintain ties within our safe, caring, and family-like environment. Alumni also have the opportunity to serve as peer mentors and role models, helping new clients navigate the early stages of recovery. Becoming an alumni of 417 Recovery is an achievement that many clients aspire to and take great pride in.
Together, we can bring love back to teens and families, one step at a time.
